We installed this rectangular pet door into our lower 4mm clear toughened glass panel when our labs Zeus & Zali were 3 months old. It took approx 10 working days for install to take place. The actual installation took an hour. We taught them to use their dog door in under 5 mins. The dog door meant no more accidents inside! We love that we can lock it if we go out or if we want them to stay outdoors for a period of time.

He came to my place a day after I contacted him to give me a quote and a week later was already back to install my glass panel/doggy door. Highly recommend Shaun for any window/glass replacement needs, our front bedroom window glass broke completely due to an accident caused by a whipper snipper being used and a rock hitting our window. I called around many places and were given ridiculous quotes and they simply didn't care, weren’t able to come down the same day. A window was accidentally broken-we called this company on a Saturday during the Christmas holiday period.
