Absolutely fabulous, thank you Shaun. Very good price, professional and able to come out within a few hours. Shaun replaced 2 broken windows that were very old - pretty sure they took longer than average to get out, but Shaun remained calm and friendly throughout and answered all of my questions patiently - such a genuine, thoughtful human being. Super nice bloke. Contacted him on Wednesday afternoon to repair a window and he was available the next afternoon. Told me what he was doing and how he was going to do it before starting. Gave me a super accurate quote and actually stuck to it (Best out of 7 other companies). Told me how to look after it while it was setting/drying. Super happy with the outcome and the service. After reaching out to multiple contractors—most of whom quoted ridiculous prices and exaggerated the complexity of the job—I came across Shaun. He was phenomenal. We installed this rectangular pet door into our lower 4mm clear toughened glass panel when our labs Zeus & Zali were 3 months old. It took approx 10 working days for install to take place. The actual installation took an hour. We taught them to use their dog door in under 5 mins. The dog door meant no more accidents inside! We love that we can lock it if we go out or if we want them to stay outdoors for a period of time.

Excellent service throughout. I was recommended Shaun by a friend, gave him a call and emailed a few photos with a rough description of the problem. He provided a quote the same day, fitting the new frosted glass next day. He was on time, tidy, cheaper than other companies and has great communication. Would highly recommend in the future.

A window was accidentally broken-we called this company on a Saturday during the Christmas holiday period. Highly recommend Shaun for any window/glass replacement needs, our front bedroom window glass broke completely due to an accident caused by a whipper snipper being used and a rock hitting our window. I called around many places and were given ridiculous quotes and they simply didn't care, weren’t able to come down the same day. Shaun was professional and was able to help us out urgently with no issues and has great communication skills, he completed the job promptly without overcharging us.
